To further the educational aims of our facility and promote appreciation for the plights of exotic wildlife, we offer educational tours of our facility to the public Tuesdays thru Sundays from 9AM to 5PM.

IMPORTANT – Our ticketing software allows you to voluntarily pay the processing fee associated with your purchase.  You may bypass this extra charge upon check-out.

We offer four types of tours:

All guided tours allow you to get up close and personal with each species and gain in-depth knowledge and background about our unique residents as well as conservation efforts to help protect them.

We encourage you to bring bottled water, sunglasses, walking shoes, and a camera to capture some picture-purr-fect moments and maybe even a self-paw-trait!

Please check our Facebook to confirm tour availability during adverse weather (including excessive heat) or on holidays.  Refunds are automatically processed in the event of emergency closures.

We won’t ramble on about rules, but please apply common sense guidelines when visiting, including:

  • Children must be accompanied by adults.
  • Don’t taunt, antagonize, or feed the animals.
  • Don’t enter non-public areas.
  • Don’t run.
  • Don’t bring pets.
